Senior Optical Engineer
Located in Richmond, BC – this branch of the San Jose primary headquarters, has a powerful impact and inputs to Arlo’s famous, leading edge, designs.
You have hands-on design experience in optics/lens and camera design. You breath ‘advanced engineering’ and will drive lens design inclusive of simulation / tests.
You get to
- Oversee manufacturing ODM partners from initial concepts and design through to mass production
- Create requirements / specifications for all aspects of camera optics, including camera’s lens, PIR lens, and various lensing elements for illumination LEDs.
- Work with suppliers and ODM partners to ensure products meet requirements, including traveling to their sites to audit processes
- Ongoing investigation of new camera / optics technology
This is a Senior / Lead opportunity and will work with some of the brightest minds in engineering. The remuneration and benefits are ‘great’ :)
