- Manage, lead, and mentor 6 PM’s with multiple program tasks in setting the right priorities, and relentlessly track and follow-up on open issues and actions
- Interface with all stakeholders from sales to development and first-line customer interactions
You deliver
- A management style that delivers confidence and the empowerment to manage multiple programs across multiple platforms and technologies
- Define project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility and logistics will meet/exceed expectations
- Direct team meetings to collate, evaluate, and direct PM activities to meet/exceed KPI’s
- Manage changes to project scope, schedule, costs applying resource availability and allocation
- Provide program status to executive management and partner inputs
