YOU are a Sr Software Development Lead / Manager who will participate in hiring / leadership

- Participate in growing a remote team of an early stage, high growth ‘HR’ SW Solution(s)
- Bring your Full Stack / Ruby On Rails – AngularJS (must haves) to develop and scale a cloud based (AWS) RESTful API (Of course you understand SQL / CSS / javascript)
- Apply your (at least) 5 + years experience of development and proven leadership skills in an Agile / Scrum environment
- Interface with (main) Team(s) in San Fran & Around the world
- Provide INPUT on design / features / build (CI/CD) as every team member’s input is important and valued
